As a SWESA Board of Director, you will be a key player in maintaining and growing a community gathering place for our friends and neighbours. The board meets once a month, with the exception of July and August. Each board member is asked to serve on at least one standing committee or work as a board lead for one of a number of portfolios. This is a working board and therefore some work outside of monthly board meetings is required. If you hold yourself to high expectations, then you’ll find board service very rewarding.

All interested candidates are asked to fill out and submit a Board Application on or before March 31, 2022. The forms are available on the SWESA website swesa.ca or can be obtained at our Blue Quill location. Board member candidates will be presented for approval at our Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2022.

To apply, please fill out and submit the Board Application Package, which was last updated on April 6, 2021.
