The draw for the SWESA 10th Anniversary 50/50 raffle was held on Saturday April 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Congratulations to the winner Fran Goplin who received $1,387.65. The total ticket sales for the raffle were $2,775.
SWESA members and friends volunteered at a casino this spring. Their volunteer hours raised funds to support programs at SWESA. A big THANK YOU goes out to the all the volunteers – from the Board and the Fundraising Committee.
This year, over $88,000.00 was raised through the volunteers who worked at the Casino!

This July, SWESA members and friends volunteered selling tickets at the annual Taste of Edmonton. Payment for our volunteer hours becomes a donation to SWESA. Volunteering is easy and fun. Every fall , SWESA’s major fundraiser is a campaign where SWESA members, Friends of SWESA, community and business organizations and the general public are invited to donate. In the last two years, we have raised almost $80,000. Critical to our success in the past has been:
